Leadership Team
Razmik Khachatourians founded AIMPEL Academy after carrying a vision for many years to help provide educational opportunities to children and families who might otherwise lack access to quality learning resources.
He firmly believes that education should never be limited by income, geography, race, or social barriers. Through AIMPEL Academy, he seeks to create a platform where students from all backgrounds can learn, grow, and reach their full potential.
As Chairman, Razmik focuses on strategic planning, global partnerships, fundraising, organizational development, and international expansion while ensuring that the Academy remains faithful to its core mission of educational accessibility for all.
Ling Hsu serves as Co-Founder and President of AIMPEL Academy and plays a vital role in the Academy's growth and daily operations.
She oversees educational development, teacher coordination, student engagement initiatives, and international outreach efforts. Her leadership helps ensure that students receive a positive, professional, and enriching learning experience while supporting the Academy's continued expansion worldwide.
Ling's passion for education and commitment to excellence are instrumental in helping AIMPEL Academy achieve its long-term vision.
Francisco Caceres serves as Chief Operating Officer of AIMPEL Academy.
He is responsible for supporting operational management, organizational growth, strategic implementation, and partnership development. Frank works closely with the leadership team to ensure that Academy programs are delivered efficiently and that operational systems continue to support the Academy's expanding global reach.
His dedication and collaborative approach help strengthen AIMPEL Academy's ability to serve students, teachers, and communities around the world.
